How long till the fight starts?

 

Juan Diaz by wide UD. It will be exciting for the first 3 rounds. But after that Juan will fall into his usual routine, and just outwork Julio. Rounds 8-12 will all be repeats of themselves. Pretty predictable fight if you AKS me.

 

I think you could be right about this. I picked Juan, but this is a fight that could go either way.

 

The HBO broadcast starts at 11, and I believe they're replaying the Pac/Barrera fight first, so I believe it will start at 12 EST.

 

At first I picked Juan but as time drew near I leaned toward Julio Diaz but TKO. The uppercuts will be key.

Remember, I have Juan in this one....or was it David? Ummmm, **** this confusing....

Random note, everytime I ask one of my friends about this fight (the only REAL boxing fan I hang out with on a regular basis...), he breaks in to a Scarface impression....this is how the convos been going for the past week.

Me- "So, you comin by to watch the Diaz - Diaz fight?"

Him- "**** THE ****IN DIAZ BROTHERS!!!"

Me- "No, seriously, you comin by or what?"

Him- "**** Gaspar Gomez, **** the ****in Diaz brothers!!! **** EM ALL!!"

Me- "I hate you, you know that?"

Him- "Say goodbye to the badguy!"

God that shits been pissin me off.....LOL!

 

Nice. "**** the Diaz brothers!" is one of the hottest lines from that movie.


Anyway, Juan is taking this and this shall be my last post on ESB till Juan finishes dispensing of Julio and I return to gloat and collect my vCash.

Seriously, its been going on ALLLLL WEEK (and we work together, so its EVERY DAY!!!). But Im not gonna hate, that **** is hilarious tho.

I just called him to see if hes coming (BTW, I have the HD Plasma, the surround sound, etc...basically the systems top of the line, so most big fights we ALL watch here..)....here is the convo.

**RING RING**

Him- "Sup?"

Me- "You comin by for the fight or what?"

Him- "What fight?"

Me- "You know what ****in fight...dont make me say it!"

Him- "No, seriously, what fight?"

Me- "Juan vs Julio"

Him- "Oh the Diaz fight?"

Me- "Yeah. The Diaz fight."

Him- "**** the ****in Dia...."

He is coming by...but when he gets here, if he says it, he is watching it from the front porch...:hey

 

No. Juan is a one of a kind fighter. Hes tough hes competitive he wants to win. He has a very fast jab. He has fast hands. I'm almost certain that by what I've seen from Juan and from what I saw when Julio fought Castillo that Juan will be able to wear down Julio...
