Based off that logic, why is Pacquiao in negotiations with Mosley, who just lost a big fight, and not a title holder at WW or JWW?Why fight Hatton who wasn't worth a **** after that check hook, for his IBO belt and not the other title holders at 140? Better yet, a 155 catchweight fight with Martnez?
