Johnson, Ward and THEN Bute.... Would you still put Joe above him?

    You blatantly can't imho.

    What say's you?

Resume wise, no way. If Froch beats those 3 guys, and was to beat whoever is no1 at light heavy in 2years time before he retires then that would be an unbelievable achievement. And an incredible career. He doesn't even have to win all 4, just the fact he continues to fight the best guys out there. That's the way boxing should be.

I would still pick a wide Calzaghe decision peak versus peak, but Froch will have achieved more and by quite some distance.

O for sure, Froch is asking the questions and shutting up the doubters... His resume is excellent already with them three fights that will top it off.

froch is my favourite fighter by a mile but styles make fights and calzaghe was very smart in the ring

    Agreed Reevo.

I'd put Froch's resume leagues ahead of Joe's right now.

But if he beats the 3 mentioned and say beat's Dawson or Pascal or whoever is no.1 at LHW, then he will go down as the greatest British Boxer since the 60's or so i reckon.

Calzaghe would still be the better fighter, but Froch the greater one.

Unfortunately Froch won't beat Andre Ward who will outclass him.

The more i watch him the more i feel that Froch would benefit from 15-20 round fights. Hes tenacious and gritty he doesnt have one punch ko power but has good accumulative power and think he could grind out a victory with everyone out there atm excluding a ward headbutting session.

froch has already beaten better guys than calzaghe

calzaghe refused to fight the best in their prime and away from home

froch does and continues to do so
