If so, how come both Nazim and Nacho, two highly esteemed coaches in the game didn't complain?

I'm more interested about their opinion on the matter really, like are there post-fight interviews wherein they raised this as a concern?

Also, I'm more interested about why the governing bodies of the said fight (Pac-Margarito) allowed this to happen.
