Let's make something clear about Both Groves and Froch....Joe Calzaghe

Slappy Joe would have embarressed Froch back in the day

 

Looks like the only time Calzaghe tries to remind people he existed at some point is when Froch fights and his 15 loyal fans do their best to remind us.

Lol, Joe gets a lot of hate.. But he was great and would beat the likes of Froch and Groves.

 

yeah he only beat bums or washed up fighters.

but when he ran into 42 year old not washed up Hopkins he got schooled and slapped nothing but air hips and shoulder. gift decision as one would expect

 

Calzaghe and his handful of fans are desperate to keep his flame burning, but its hard when everyone is taking a **** on it.

Win/Lose or Draw Carl Frochs career has totally eclipsed Calzaghe, nobody gives a **** about Calzaghe.

Which is why Calzaghe thought Manfredo Jr. was more worthy of an opponent than Froch back then. Keep living the "Would've, could've, should've" dream when it comes to Calzaghe because fighting serious opposition in the ring wasn't in his plan back when it mattered.

 

Im sure if Froch waited until Ward was 45+ and beat him maybe then Froch could claim greatness too

after all, thats exactly what Calzaghe did.

I think Calzaghe was better than Froch and Groves.. yes.
