It only makes sense ... Valuev is the WBA champion, still in shape and would make a good opponent for Wlad. It would also eliminate all this bull**** with the WBA and bring some fresh blood into the mix. Instead of having these guys fight each other, they can challenge Wlad. Then that would only leave the WBC championship out there and Vitali can have that. Lets push for some clarity in the HW division ...
Valuev will never fight Wladimir, as a matter of fact he will never fight anyone that has a chance over him. Wladimir won't sign a contract where he can reveal the scorecards in between the papers.
With these guys pulling out of fights ... these is setting the HW division even further behind others in boxing.
As long as King doesn't get in the way and trying to hold Wlad down with rights to co-promote his fights then he should be good.
Will not happen. Period. Valuev prepared for a southpaw for months and ''will not fight Wlad on such a short notice''. That are the words from Valueless' promoter.
Valuev should take the fight agaubst Wlad...After all, who is in a bigger disadvantage? Wlad having to adjuust to Valuev or Valuev having to adjust to WLad? Wlad is a straight uo eastern european fighter that everybody knows about...
That's the fight that should happen but because Don King is involved it won't. Wladimir has two major belts Valuev has one so a 65-35% split or so should be just about right.
what a joke that guy is CHEF. he and chagaev are just awful. maybe povetkin then. i can't see another viable opponent given the large venue.
