Froch was one month away from 37 when he knocked Groves out in the rematch. Nobody at the time was saying he was past his prime. His legacy was on the line and he delivered in spectacular fashion in front of 80 , 000 people.
He simply had to win because nobody was going to give him a pass for being 'past prime'.

GGGs fanbase suffer from serious fanboysim. They are already calling for him to retire fearing he might get exposed after the Canelo fight.
If he loses that fight he doesn't get a pass. He simply lost to a better boxer. Thats it. Canelo gets full credit.
If GGG wins , he also gets full credit.

I was referring to Froch saying that after 35 fighting became harder for him because his body started to decline. Which he admitted in the video.

You said that already. Hope GGG wins because no excuses will wash if he doesn't.

Absurd. And when GGG beats Canelo we won't hear a peep out of you.

For a fighter to be "faded" or past their prime it means they have sluggish, horrible performance and/or have taken serious damage. Neither applies to Golovkin. He looks the way he does now because he is finally taking on decent competition. Golovkin is a top 5 p4p fighter on most peoples lists and the unifed undefeated middleweight champ. Hes in his prime, get over it.
