    I'm not, I'm consistent as hell, the possibility of Canelo winning has never even crossed my mind.

    ill give cinnamon all the credit, he will have done exactly what i thought he could do. 2 years ago i made a post saying that ggg should take out canelo now because in 2 years time he would have improved greatly and hit his prime, while ggg would be on the slide. here we are 2 years later and canelo is no longer the cakewalk everyone said he would be. insight from seeing hundreds of fighters come and go over more than 40 years.

    Lol I didn't even know you posted on this thread. I'm talking about the people trying to imply that GGG is not the same fighter. Sure he might not be in his PRIME but he's not remotely shot. I'm picking GGG too. I'd give Canelo a **** load of credit if he pulls this off.

    I'll give Canelo a shitload of credit if he manages to see the final bell, if he wins, I'll be floored, and if he wins fairly without any shenanigans with the scorecards, I'll give him full credit.

    I didn't take it that way, I agree with you, it annoys me that a lot of GGG fans are buckling under the pressure too. They need to buck up and trust their gut, just because an enormous hyper defensive LHW switch hitting counter puncher one punch KO artist managed to see the final bell, they shouldn't think that's indicative of a new trend. 9 years or KO's, eventually one of his opponents had to make it to the end, sadly for Canelo, he won't continue that streak.

    They're basing it on the notion that they think Canelo will somehow someway hang in there and get a gift, for the ones who thinks he could win by KO, they should have their GGG fanboy cards revoked. I see no possible scenario in which Canelo can win, all the jackoffs that say, oh GGG's style plays right into Canelo's hands, they really are that naïve evidently, or genuinely DKSAB. Canelo has never faced someone who uses intelligent pressure and works behind a savagely stiff jab who cuts the ring off immaculately with terrifying power, good defense and parrying skills and a precise counter pucher. Nobody Canelo has faced bring those qualities to the table.

    Well I don't know who this is aimed at but from the above I think we're on the same page. Is Golovkin as formidable a challenge as he was a few years ago? In my opinion no and whilst he's still an elite talent I fear we missed seeing what he could of been against a top level opponent a couple of years or so ago.

    All the above said it will still be a career defining win if Canelo pulls it off and I'll give him a lot of credit if he can. The fight will be a much better watch now as I expect it to be a lot more competitive than it would of been when first mooted. Bring it on!

    The forum will be upside down if Canelo wins. We won't see some posters for weeks, maybe months, maybe ever. And by God, if Canelo wins, Golovkin will be called a shamefully shot bum that proves Canelo only feasts on the weak... Can't wait, should be a great fight.

    Guys if GGG wins everyone will say he beat up on a blown up JrMW so it's the same ****. Canelo is new to MW and GGG is past his prime those are just facts.

    GGG only loses this fight if he became shot overnight. I see absolutely nothing in Canelo that favours him in this matchup.

    Golovkin should go ahead and knock El Pollo out, because El Pollo owns the judges, referee and boxing commission, Oscar has seen to that.............................however, I expect Golovkin to knock El Pollo out, Golovkin should know he can't get a fair decision in Vegas, Oscar owns the judges, so just go ahead and knock him out! SOB would advise El Pollo to punch to the testicles. Wonder if Tony Weeks will be the damned criminal referee? Still, Golovkin by knockout!!! El Pollo has a rematch clause, Golovkin was not allowed to have one................

    No Golovkin is past his prime but that doesn't change the fact that he is still he best @160 but with his age and opponents like Jacobs, Canelo, Derevyanchenko and the Charlo's it's getting tougher for him in the next years
