I'd bet a tidy sum that Cotto would stop Feliciano in half the time it took Cintron to make the ref step in. Cotto's left to the body is a nastier punch than Cintron's overhand right.

As for why Andrade gets less hate, one, if you know his story or have seen him interviewed, you immediately like him personally, unless you are a complete *******. Tony is just as decent of a guy, but he has clung harder to his "badass" image. Two, Andrade's technical limitations are so obvious, no one views him as a true threat to their precious idols. And three, he's never had the misfortune of being picked as a threat to Floyd Mayweather.

That alone cost Margarito fans he should have had all along.

I'm convinced Cintron lacks the heart to compete at any distinct level, he showed flaws that would have me thinking how he got where he has in the first place.

He's stupid, 'gee my combinations are working well from the outside, how about i move in and out, use my jab to keep at bay, cover my body and look to counter, feint and create angles while using my speed and power abilities to my advantage OR maybe I might let Marg in on me and brawl against this ****n beast of a man, who im clearly scared off, drop my hands, twist my body so he can only hit me in the side of the head and brutalise my f'ing kidneys'????????????

    Really??

I think he would win, but not sure if it would be that quick a stoppage, especially considering how tough and big Marg is for a Welter. Cotto is certainly on another level though..

Hard to bash the guy after some of the things he's gone through outside the ring.

    Grow up a little..

I honestly think the guy could make some noise at the 154 division...They isn't any guys with relentless pressure like Margarito around that weight division

I think the extra weight might do him some good.

Yeah well they are ****ing idiots
I just never thought he was that good and most guys who bother to post knew there **** enough to agree.
He just got hyped by the networks because he hit hard.\

As amster said those things counted against him, I mean you look at whats been going between 140-154 for the last few years it would be easy to be pushed off to the side after a loss or even a poor performance.

A couple good posters picked Cintron as well... Amster being one i think, Ko0208 also, Sues2nd.... A heap of solid posters actually.

    Which really suprised me.

Everyone has their moments though... I have been guilty obviously of over rating Dawson. Still haven't seen the fight, but the guy i thought he was would NEVER get taken into deep waters by Johnson.

Thats not a bad thing. Johnson is a freak, his amazing record is proof of that. I still cant believe he is still so competitive at this age.

I have made some absolute shockers in my time, thats why I love the sport. You can be totally convinced that you have picked the right fighter and all it takes is one punch to shatter that.

You are either and ATG or a fraud on ESB its ridiculous.

Cinton was just beaten by the better man, he tried taking MArgo out with his big shots, but they had no effect, that got into his head and again he dismantled under the pressure. I thought it would be different second time around I thought he would atleast try to box differentky from the first meeting. Margo has the best chin in boxing for me as Cintron is one of the biggest punchers and every shot had minimal effect!

Cotto - Margo would be interesting, I cant see Cotto stopping him tbh, in fact I dont think that would be Cottos plan, he would have to use his sweeter ablity to get the decision. Margos workrate and chin pose serious problems to a man who like to control the pace. Cotto throws his shots then steps, as if to see what effect they have, he certainly doesnt rush into anything. i would pick Cotto to beat Margo but wouldnt put any money on it, style wise Antonio Margarito is a major threat.
