Let's put a date on this Wilder WBC farce. When Deontay, when?

What is an acceptable time frame for Deontay to defend against a relevant opponent?

Just goes to show why boxing has fallen so far in popularity IMO.

Would it be acceptable for a winning sports team to sit out 1-2 years after winning the league and still have a claim to top status?

Team Wilder are making a mockery of the prestigious HW title and a worrying amount of people seem to be happy with it.

I'm sorry but your mistaken. Ortiz was 38 when he fought Wilder but he's now 37, soon to be 36.

Father Time is too scared of the unique threat posed by the Cubans awkward southpaw stance and therefore he does not age like mortal men.

    Yup.

Also applies to Fury who they continue to laud who hasn't had a meaningful fight since 2015

Boxing is a weird ass sport with weird ass fans
