    This, but I don't agree that there is no way for him to get into top 10. He needs to win big @160 to get into top 10.

    I say **** Pac, if he won't take the damn blood test. Fight Khan, Martinez and two out of the #4 option. If Canelo is still relavent then fight him to. Should he win all of those I would put him in the top ten.

    hes dominated this era, without pac of course, but to be greatest of all time?? its not just considerations of career, but also skills and COMPETITION. no matter how he beats those names- they ll never be as big or as good as hearns, hagler, duran Or spinks, frazier, foreman.

    its not even if he beat them- the guys above him fought and lost- but they lost to other great fighters. hard to be the greatest of all time when you havent got many great fighters to compare and compete. Michael Jordan is the goat but he may have not been had we not seen him come after magic and bird, and before kobe- and with barkley, malone, hakeem- and seen him dominate other great players. wilt chamberlain was great- but **** he was the only 7 foot black man in an era of short jewish men. the same goes for floyd, he s brilliant- but he s doing well in a relatively dry era. so as good as he gets- and he might have beaten the guys above him like sugar and roberto- i cant see him ever being ranked above them- just because of quuality of opposition. boxing aint what it was today.

    Top 20-25, ahead of Pacquiao without question.

    After watching since the amateurs in 93 you can't rate him any higher based on those fights. None of those guys would give him the bouts of Jesus Chavez, JLCI or II, Demarcus Corley at his peak. Not to mention his toughest bout to date, Emanuel Augustus or even Diego Corrales for 8 rounds. Gennaro Hernandez faired better than any guys would on that list. any of them. I've only been watching for about 18 years.

    Dude, don't go there! U don't know **** about NBA either? Here's some of the guys Wilt played against. Russell, Jabbar, Unseld, Issel,Belamy,Thurmond, Lanier. what the **** are you talking about? Willis Reed? ****!~ You need a fight and an NBA film library something awful. And I know you weren't watching NBA in the 80's because during that period of time Jordan didn't win **** against Thomas, Gus Williams, Dale Ellis,Bernard King, Andrew Toney & Dr.J or even Sidney Moncrief with the bucks or Larry and Magic.And case you didn't know Floyd is already bigger than all those names you mentioned by at least 150M$$$$$$$$. Please do your homework!

    Let's just say we all woke up, and then go to our mundane, day to day existence.

    In case this thread gets twisted as usual, the ranking they are stating is applied only if and only if gayweather actually fights those guys. Which is close to never.

    Yeah kids dip****!
    Russell = H.O.F.
    Issell = H.O.F.
    Unseld = H.O.F.
    Jabbar = H.O.F.
    Reed = H.O.F
    Debusschere + H.O.F.

    There will never be another Ali or Frazier but the other names? Hearns, Hagler, Leonard better than Floyd? Hmmmmmmm? You've been so far off base it's hard to even have any respect for your opinion. Under the conditions of the era of the 70's if Floyd fought in that era with the same skill sets and the social and economical conditions & folklore of that time, he would've kicked any of their asses the same way he does people now. Floyd Sr. had Leonard's number for 6 rounds but partied too much and coldn't finish physically. But I would have to say not only are era cross comparisons irrelevant but your concept of the sweet science is also!:roll:

    Remember dip****! A prize fighter fights for one thing. THE PRIZE! The bigger the prize the bigger the fight and fighter. What WW has earned more $$$? howa bout None? That's what makes him big, not your delusional boxing ideologies based on nothingness! Try ESPN Classic sports eh!
