If he does it, it's impressive, yet some douche on here said he cleaned out the Cruiserweight division. Truth is that he didn't. There was some unfinished business, his reign at CW wasn't impressive at all. He didn't stick around long enough.

No, he unified at CW but he didn't clear out the division, Adamek, Cunningham, Bell etc are very good fighters that he didn't fight. IMO the CW division has more talent than the HW scene, once you get past the K bros there is noone else worth mentioning. So he wouldn't be P4P #1 he'd crack the top 10 though.

cunningham hasn't got the chin to last more than 3 rounds with haye, adameka int got the skill and bell is far to gone to gte anywhere near haye.

I think Cunningham was really the only legitamate CW he didn't fight.

Mormeck beat Bell so you can rule him out and Adamek wasn't really established at CW when Haye left the division after the Macca fight. Adamek had been schooled by Dawson at LH and he hadn't yet fought and beaten Bell or Cunningham so he really was a non-entity at CW at that point.

I know Haye didn't clear out the division but he either beat the top guys or beat someone who had beaten another top guy. After the Macca fight Cunningham was really the only other CW Haye should have faught before moving up to HW.

its hard to say if its good enough to topple Pacquiaos rating simply based on the string of foes that Wlad has recently faced, its not all his fault though but I am sure he could have come up with a better opponent than Rahman this last time out.

I think you could make a case for Haye, but I think the hate will demand more out of him.

If that turns out to be the scenario then I think Haye will retire. I know there have countless guys over the years who have said they will retire when they reach a ceetain age, but I believe Haye when he says he will not box after his 31st birthday.

There's hardly anyone really around in the HW division, no one who brings excitement to the ring, apart from Haye himself. If he topples Vitali & Wladamir respectively then he may even retire!
