Let's say:Ortiz sucker punched Mayweather and won the fight...

Ortiz would have been worshipped had he done it but Mayweather would never try hugging someone even once let alone 4 times after trying to brutally headbutt him.

Had that occured though **** yeah it woulda been a fair win, protect yourself at all times, don't hug your opponenets in the middle of a fight, ESPECIALLY more than once!! 1 hug mid fight pisses me off enough and shows the fighter hugging is not where he should be mentally....4 hugs= flustered and scared..... anyone doing that ****, especially after a blatant butt deserves everything they get including Mayweather if he pulled that gay excessive hugging ****.

Would never of happened because Mayweathers not a dirty ******* who uses street moves like headbutts. Amazing how people still blame Floyd Mayweather for this- it was clearly Victor Ortizs fault the whole ordeal took place

 

I would say well played ortiz, he caught floyd slipping, but I would wait for the rematch where floyd would make him pay every second of every round. It wouldn't be pretty.

 

I'd laugh my ****ing ass off, just as I did with Ortiz getting sparked.

Of course it would've been a fair and legal punch. You don't have to be a fan of any fighter to know this. I'm from the Eusebio Pedroza, Mustapha Hamsho era. Ive been watching boxing too long to know what's fair and dirty.

 

1. It was not a sucker punch.
2. Floyd would not be in a position to get sucker punched in the ring.

if Floyd got caught like that by Ortiz hands down and then looked at the ref and got KO'd id blame Floyd

What Ortiz did was beyond stupid had a fast handed guy who was opportunistic and put his hands down

then after getting hit by punch 1 he looks at the ref while Floyd throws the right

there was enough time between shots for Ortiz to get his gloves ready to defend himself but looked at the ref

ppl blame Floyd for doing what he is supposed to, making a guy pay for his mistakes and leaving himself open

Ortiz is at fault, he let his guard down and paid

 

It's the same ****, legal cheap shot. The only difference would have been a quick rematch.

 

If Ortiz headbuted floyd, then went in to apologise after and KO d him after a hug?!?!

i imagine fans would rejoice around the world. and Ortiz would get alot of love from it, but hardly any respect.

 

:deal Floyd literally takes advantage of any mistake and Ortiz proved he does have a fighting heart, but not a brain. Ortiz instantly would of been Oscars star if he did win and overrated to exaggerated proportions. Then most likely Floyd wins in rematch. At least both have in common are fighters people love to hate tho Ortiz on a smaller scale.

 

Ortiz will be cursed by Floyd and his fans and eventually be banned from boxing. It will turn out Mayweather will always get the sympathy of this sport.
