And fights Rigo in a rematch after.

Would that be the oldest combined fight for a legit title ever?

If they fought end of this year/early next year, Rigo would be 41 and Donaire 39.

Maybe im missing something obvious, but I cant imagine theres many proper world title fights with a combined age of 80?

Rigondeaux must be like 54 or 55 right now, no joke.

Joe Louis was 137 when he fought Charles and Marciano.

PBC will definitely make that rematch. The winner will probably look for a fight with Inoue for undisputed.

I think Valuev Holyfield has them beat, not as legitimate a contest as this would be but two names anyway.

If you think Ortiz is 5-6 years older than he says he is, Wilder was in his 30s when they fought I believe.
