Imagine picking Vitali and the ****er ends up quitting on you in the 6th round.

I'd think I would take pre-Ali George Foreman. You'd need someone durable with power in my opinion. Too much can go wrong with "boxing", less than brawling. Physically imposing too, Foreman to e would have all the attributes I'd put my life on (in this situation).

The more i watch him,the more this kind of statement rings true.:goodI do think Tyson was amazing but he only had one gear.Joe Louis,Joe Frazier would be close,as would Jack Johnson.

This is pretty much my thinking.
Not a real expert on Louis, so I'll trust Ears.

I'd probably move Foreman and Lewis up with Holmes. I'd be shitting bricks because they all have flaws - but Jesus, you've got to be really good or really lucky to take advantage of them.
Lewis' chin of course a worry, but I think he's more capable of stopping a guy than Holmes, and more mobile than Foreman, so it's all square IMO.

    Then Tyson and Holy.

Any of those guys though, and somebody really has to pull out something big to beat them.

Seeing as Lewis was an amateur when Tyson was at his peak - lets say Spinks - that's hardly surprising is it?
