He did have trouble with Santos. Not to confuse Santos with Terry Norris but , Kod Kolle aint not Daniel Santos.

In the rematch, Margarito almost knocked Santos out.

Against Andy who again? That's right, a no name fighter. Your argument would hold up pretty well if Williams did that to Pavlik or Abraham.

Margarito isn't 6'2 like williams, he is an average welter.

Yea fighting a blown up lightweight journeyman of course he would do it, a few people here don't understand boxing or a pure casuals that jump quickly a became to over hype into the galaxies.

Kolle was a solid fighter ... he gave his all against the young Olympian Andre Ward ... and he was on a decent win streak before fighting Williams last night.

I most surely can guarantee that a big puncher at 147 is a dangerous hitter at 160 and if you consider that this is a guy with the physical structure to put on 15 pounds and perform, then that's that. Problem for Margarito would be having his upper body and waist not so loose cause we all know Tony needs to swing freely to discharge the full power of his punches... He would be more tight and all those dynamics would suffer. Happens that Tony can move up 7 pounds and still put all these guys in major hazzard as it actually happened with the so-called Santos.

If he did that to Pavlik or Abraham he would not need Margarito!

Stop your lies, just because Margarito landed flush punches I believe in round 5 does'nt mean Santos was close to being knocked out.

Hell no Margo won't he's too scared to move up to 154 and avenge his loss at 154 to Santos and you think he would have the balls to go up to 160 and fight a MW? Let Margo stick to fighting at 147 against smaller men.

i mean it was definitely a good win but please everyone stop trying to overrate this
he did what he was supposed to do win and win big
this guy is nowhere near top ten on any list i am pretty sure any of the top 5 welters could have done kolle in as well
cmon now how come you guys never question why williams avoided the immediate rematch
the santos fight have you even seen them they were pretty even one no contest and one on a gash marg was not ko'd or quitting the ref made this call
