Prime, H2H: 1. Lennox Lewis 2. George Foreman 3. Riddick Bowe 4. Wladimir Klitschko 5. Vitali Klitschko 6. Tim Witherspoon Those are the only ones I feel solid about. After that there is a big drop off and it's a crap shoot. A lot of unstable fighters in this size range! Tyson, McCall, Golota, Ike, Morrison.....you literally never knew what you were going to get with these guys--they were nuts! I wonder if there is a relationship here!....haha
What about Pinklon Thomas whom beat a prime tim witherspoon? or Greg Page, an elite talent at his best. or James Buster Douglas, perhaps top 2 all time h2h for superheavwyeights?
1. Lennox 2. Wlad Klitschko 3. Foreman 4. Vitali Klitschko 5. Bowe the rest was not in their prime weightining more then 225
1 lennox lewis 2 ali(226 against mac foster in 1972) 3 foreman 4 vitali klitchko 5 tokyo douglas 6 jim jeffries 7 bowe 8 carnera 9 gerrie cooney 10 bonecrusher smith
piklons best wins were at about the 216 mark, by the time he was 224 tommy morrison was knocking him out.
Not a list guy but I don't mind doing list like this becaue most of the HW greats were under 225 anyway. Here goes- Lewis Bowe V. Klitschko W. Klitschko Holmes (old, past prime) Foreman (old, past prime) Tyson (past prime) Ali (well past prime) Witherspoon Rahman The point is there really aren't too many gusy to choice from that were really good. Who else could be considered? Oliver McCall, Bonecrusher Smith, Frank Bruno, Primo Carnera, Jess Willard, Ike Ibeaubuchi, David Tua, James Toney, John Ruiz, Nikolay Valuev? BTW, 221 Lbs. is what Holyfield weighed in his first fight with Ruiz. It remains his highest fight weight.
