1. Pac 2. Floyd 3. Martinez 4. JMM 5. Wlad 6. Ward 7. JML 8. Williams 9. Vitali 10. Bute Bottom 4/5 you can mix around.
1 Manny Pacquiao 2 PHF 3 Sergio Martinez 4 JM Marquez 5 Nonito Donaire 6 Andre Ward 7 Timothy Bradley 8 Fernando Montiel 9 Wladimir Klitschko 10 JM Lopez
I don't think Williams deserves to be thrown off the list. Vitalis dont quite a bit, he deserves the recognition.
1. Pacquiao 2. Mayweather 3. Martinez 4. Marquez 5. Wlad 6. Montiel 7. Bradley 8. Pongsaklek 9. JM Lopez 10. Donaire Top 5 are set in stone for me. After that, there's about 30 guys who don't have a whole lot to distinguish one from the other - either guys who have beaten a lot of good fighters but no great fighters (e.g. Juanma, Bute, Bradley), or guys who have only beaten one great fighter but nobody else (e.g. Pascal, Segura, Donaire, Ward), or guys with great long-term resumes but who have lost recently (e.g. Williams, Cotto, Dawson). I wouldn't even complain about someone like Robert Guerrero or Toshiaki Nishioka sneaking into the top 10 at this point.
Pac Floyd Martinez Wlad Marquez JM Lopez Montiel Bradley Vitali Pascal Honourable mentions: Dawson, Williams, Pongsaklek Wonjongkam, Ward, Cotto.

I understand Wlad's placement in terms of dominance and consistency. But the idea that Wlad in a P4P sense has anywhere near the skills or versatility of Andre Ward. I know, it's hard to evaluate. Still...
Yea I agree. Ward has the skills no doubt but he needs to have 2-3 fights vs bigger names. He could be a guy in 2 years to be in the top 3.
