no need for comments. i just want to know short and sweet who the majority of people on the forum believe would win. witter or hatton
I cant believe the turnaround... Hatton gets domilshed by the p4p no1 (i hate saying that)now suddenly he is struggling to be the favourite against fighters who 6months ago were apparently not in his league. How certain poster's minds work has me confused. Im still with the hitman on this bout.
Hatton comfortable UD. Witters power is overated, he is woefully inconsistant, his workrate is poor and he tends just to do enough. Hatton would be too aggressive and in his face, Witter would be running like a ***** for the majority of this fight.
I have been saying the same thing all along mate. A single loss to an incredible fighter and people completely write Hatton off, including a whole host of fighters who now think they have the blueprint to deafeating him, and as though Ricky never learned from his mistakes in the Floyd fight. On the other hand, I don't think those fighters genuinely believe they can beat him, all they really want is a huge payday. This includes Malignaggi (no chance), and Khan (get real!).
yep me too. a created this thread to see just how many people think witter will win. i believe hatton easy UD and i cant believe that so many people think otherwise. Hatton is not the best fighter on the planet. who cares! he can be witter no problem. power or no power
:nonoI have always said Witter would beat Ricky, and the Mayweather fight did little to change my mind. Witter UD
Witter by easy ko. Probably by a counter right. He's a switch hitter with one punch power and Hatton is lousy against southpaws.
Hatton, been regressing for 3 years. Witter, has been progressing for 3 years. Witter by late KO, as the sand keeps slipping from Ricky's feet.
I think the apparent turnaround may have more to do with the perceived decline of Hatton in the last couple of years. I'm not sure he is operating on the same level these days what with the debauched lifestyle that punctuates his fights. I still fancy him to beat Witter on points.
