    nigel colleins admitted that if the ring policy were in effect in the late 90s, that dm would have been the champ, not roy.

    Another issue right there.

    Don't get me wrong, I like the Ring, and GENERALLY agree with them. But I won't follow what they say JUST because they say it.

    To me, I always have a PERSONAL opinion of who a champ in the division is (as most people do, I'm sure). And just cause I'm writing about it, here it is:

    HW: WK
    CW: DH
    LH: BH (Yes, still)
    SMW: JC
    MW: KP
    LM: Spinks (still, but Vernon catching)
    WW: FM
    JWW: RH
    LW: JD
    SF: Pac, but this is tricky, cause Pac is p4p the better fighter, but JMM is actually the CHAMP at SFW.
    FW: CJ
    SB: IV
    B: You got me. Maybe GP? Someone wanna help me out.
    SF: CM
    F: ND
    The other two: Don't know
