he had been kicked off the team. But about a week ago I read an article mentioning him as one of the boxers heading to the games. It listed all the boxers from the US that were heading to the games. It didn't mention anything about him being kicked of the team. So it might have been that whomever wrote the article didn't do there homework. Or it could be that he's back on the team. I don't know. Maybe someone else knows more i don't know.

 

He's listed at 6 feet seven inches. And if you checkout the link I got for him you can see he's a decently athletic big man.

 

I did see the vid; he looks relaxed and his punching technique looks solid. The falling in is troublesome, but I'm going to assume he was fighting to the level of his comp (not that Wang was terrible, just that he didn't really engage much except to throw a lazy jab or tie up, probably since both of them sensed how much slower he was, so lunging at him was a guaranteed way to score some points, although not pretty).

What does he typically weigh? And what's his wingspan?

 

He usually weighs around 198; can't remember his reach off the top of my head. He doesn't even have 30 fights; unless he gets a good draw I don't think he'll medal. He's a great story though.

 

Warren and Andrade will win Gold. The rest, I don't know.
