Oh, I thought it was about low blows.. Either way, those headbutts are more like smothering with the head to distort vision so you can land your own shots, it's the pro game, they did sly things like that a lot in the old timer eras.
OOH. Did I hurt your widdle feelings? Grow up, dude. Your boy lost and you are taking it worse than him. Unless you lost money on the fight, which I doubt, Kovalev getting his butt kicked shouldn't have any impact on your life.
No, but that could have been a knockdown according to the rules. So that is almost the same... Weeks made a bad decision, he had two options, giving 5 minutes to Kovalev to recover or he could have called it a knockdown. Both of those would have been legit, but the corrupt scumbag stopped the fight.
The ref already admitted that he made a mistake in not penalising The Son Of Drug addicts for his punch which closed the fight. Any punches by Kovalev in the lower region even if they were low were not decisive nor excessive. If they were then it would be a discussion point. This thread is nothing but an attempt from SODA's apologists using their clown tricks to deflect away from the crooked method which their Savior used to win the fight.
Unless Kovalev's nutsack is located on his navel, he wasn't punched in the nuts three times. In the seventh round Ward clearly landed a clean shot on the beltline and Kovalev acted like someone hit him in the nuts with a baseball bat. Kovalev didn't want to be in there and he was looking for a way out. I know you don't like it but that's the truth. When the ref stopped the fight, he didn't complain. Oh yeah, I have been punched and kicked in the nuts and you don't recover from that as quickly as Kovalev did.
The final shot was low but incidental imo. I felt like ward's shots were right on that border but legal. Weeks didn't stop it on a low blow, he stopped it due to Kovalev taking a seat.
