Canada Ali Chebah vs. Pipino Cuevas Jr. Adonis Stevenson vs. TBA Germany Sebastian Sylvester vs. Felix Sturm Sergiy Dzinziruk vs. Joel Julio Mexico Fernando Montiel vs. Juan Alberto Rosas UK Danny Williams vs. John McDermott (rematch) USA Victor Oganov vs. Andre Dirrell Las Vegas Cristian Mijares vs. Vic Darchinyan Nonito Donaire vs. Moruti Mthalane Jorge Arce vs. Isidro Garcia Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. vs. Matt Vanda (rematch) Vanes Martirosyan vs. Charles Howe Lamont Peterson vs. TBA Some night...and some card at the Mandalay Bay. How heavily do we favor each favorite? Which upset would be most shocking?
oh man i am pumped that Donaire is gonna be on the undercad of Miajres vs Darchinyan. No matter what happens in the Mijares Darchinyan fight there will be Donaire's brutal KO of Vic looming over it. Anyways i just hope Donaire can shake some of that ring rust and that he has been training seriously. As for the Montreal fight i've seen Ali Chedah live he is pretty decent but nothing phenominal, and Stevenson has alot of power and strength but lacks in the skills department.
It's also funny that Arce is lurking on the card...although with young talents like Vanes, JCC (using the term talent loosely), and Lamont to showcase I highly doubt the tv gods will be kind to him.
Darchinyan-Mijares is in California at the Home Depot Center. And Donaire is on the Top Rank PPV (Chavez-Vanda II). The co-feature to Darchinyan-Mijares is Dirrell-Oganov.
Darchinyan has been softened up by his last few opponents. His chin's probably weaker now than before, and the intimidation factor is just not there anymore. If a feather fisted boxer like Z Gorres can knock you down, your aura of invincibility will be completely gone. Mijares will have a relatively easy night against Vic. Really nice LV card, yes. Looking forward to watching Donaire again. Vanes is a cool kid. He started at Wildcard with Freddie Roach. I like his hooks. I hope he's improved his defense, his punch combos and I hope he's added a couple more stuff in his game.
Mijares-Vic isn't in Vegas. It's the main event to Dirrell-Oganov. The Vegas card is the Top Ran PPV Card. Mijares-Vid is on Showtime.
i will also be watching Dzinziruk vs Joel Julio cause this guy (Sergiy) is slowly but surely building a more than respectable resume and I've yet to see him. Felix Sturm, meh, i don't give a ****
Neither Chavez nor Vanda is PPV worthy, and I say this as a HARDCORE Jr. fan. This is more Top Rank rip off BS. :fire
