    This is what I think too. I thought the Board's reaction was quite knee jerk.

    Franks / PBPA lawyers wouldnt be trying to make a few quid would they:good


    I dont know, maybe im off but it seems the case to me.


    Hopefully common sense prevails and people back down on both sides and we get to see the fights we want ( he says rather optimistically).

    Agreed mate, that is what I hope happens.

    Yes this is fascinating, yes it's interesting to see it develop almost daily, but I do hope it can be resolved amicably. Both sides will be required to make some concessions here, because nobody is without fault.

    Whatever happens now the BBB of C will have to review certain practices of theirs, and this is a good thing.

    Ironically, I still think this situation could be resolved, with a beneficial outcome to all parties concerned, and perhaps even some good could come from it.

    But the longer it goes on the more damage is being done to reputations and relationships...........
