Yeah, sometimes it's hard to get my mind around that. For whatever reason, he's just a guy who doesn't ever seem to look or appear that short until the promoters and corners come into the ring after the fight. Granted, television is a terrible way of judging it, but most guys look their listed heights. Lucas isn't any taller than Pacquiao.
i picked matthysse to beat peterson, dallas and soto all by ko. i had never seen ajose so i wasn't sure how that would play out. thing about all of those wins...none of these guys are hard to hit and none of them have exceptional power. against judah and alexander...2 southpaws...they gave him movement and for the most part boxed off the back foot. he looked ordinary against both. while both fights were close...i had him losing. danny is a lot better than ppl give him credit for. he's been in with big punchers. he's been in with faster guys as well. he's not been in with anyone that is going to bring the pressure that matthysse will. how he deals with that remains to be seen. for one...i don't think matthysse's punches are that fast that he won't see them coming.. he'll have plenty of countering opportunities. he's going to test matthysse's chin. danny is capable of switching things up...and is very good at carrying out plans. i think it's an even fight.
"Good boxing skills?? F No" His boxing skills are well above 'good' He pretty much boxed on the level of Alexander and Judah who were mean't to be the 'superior' boxers. You're a garcia fanboy. Don't cry when Garcia is getting his head crushed by a man who really should have had them belts a long time ago.
