    here's the truth:

ortiz is going to get beaten by floyd by a wide margin. it will not be competitive, ortiz does not have the tools and will get outboxed.

floyd is not fighting pac after ortiz, floyd and pac are simply not fighting at any time.. period. stop putting your hopes on what floyd is saying as he is only saying things out to sell the fight. we know that we'll remain at the same standstill about the drug testing issue and even split issues after mayweather potshots ortiz to death.

I still believe you cant count him out, we dont know how the inactivity has hurt floyd and ortiz has very good power, floyd is an obvoious favourite but considering his age and inactivity would it be weird if he slowed down compared to the mosley fight and might need some rounds to get the rust off, also ortiz is southpaw, starts well early on and has power in both hands.

ya i think ortiz has the ability to make it interesting, at least for a little while . He's gotta really let it all hang out though, and not try to box with Floyd. I don't think the Pac - Floyd fight will ever happen either , but I'm thinking that maybe Floyd feels a little more confident now that Pac is slowing down a bit.

If they both win then I see no reason why it shouldnt happen, im on the fence though in picking a winner, will decide after both fights to see where they both are.
People expect much from floyd though, they overlook that he is in his mid 30's and facing a young hungry strong guy, I think its a good fight, i hope ortiz doesnt respect floyd to much or loses his courage early.

my point is, this is floyd getting to the media/public because he has an upcoming fight. i feel confident that after floyd wins, we'll find ourselves in the same situation as to the pac fight as we are in now.. which practically means, there will be no fight.

i just want you all to stop putting so much weight on floyd's statements that he'll fight pac next.

Floyd and Pac will absolutely fight. No doubt about it. Way too much money involved. There's no way in hell that fight doesn't happen. Don't get me wrong, boxing does have a way of ruining a good thing so it's a definite possibility that fight comes off well past it's sell by date, but we'll see it.

Floyd's statement is if Pac takes them tests we fight. Hasn't changed since day one so are you saying you believe he will change it for some reason?

I think Ortiz will lose too but I don't think we should count him out. He's young and a south paw. Mayweather is known to have trouble with south paw. It'll be a little competitive.

Floyd will win before the bell has even rung, he will get in Victor's head

Ortiz almost got outboxed by Peterson. I don't see how he can beat Floyd outside of a puncher's chance.

Edit. Ortiz did get outboxed by Peterson. Ortiz's KD helped him get a draw.
