Former heavyweight Champion Lennox Lewis made a sweeping blow against the Klitschko brothers.

"The Klitschkos and their opponents are only stuffing their pockets", moans the 46 years old in an interview with german journal "Stern" and complains about the downfall of heayvweight boxing.

Vitalis and Wladimirs opponents don't have quality and they wouldn't have been sparring partners for Lewis.
"The best boxer in the world needs to be determined in an epic battle, not this fuss", Lewis went on.

He doesn't have hope for a quick recovery, because there was no heavyweight boxer worthy of being the heavyweight champ.
Lewis only wants to help the sport under special financial conditions.

"I return for 100 millions. I would put off my pyjama and head to the gym", he answered when asked for a comeback.

    He is right.

We still don't know who is the best HW. The two best won't fight each other.

Lennox was more boring when active than vitali, he just had better opposition.

If anything he's having a dig at the opposition.

It is a bunch of hot air. Lewis declined career high payday when he ducked Vitali in the rematch. He was scared then he is even more scared now.

He should not do things like this.

Wlad has Emanuel Steward in the corner and this shows no respect for Steward too.

Yup, lennox was a boring fighter when active in a lot of fights, this was one of the reasons he was hated a lot back then and people couldnt accept him as one of the greatest heavies, his status went up when he retired.
He was basically a supreme version of wladimir who finished the job quicker.
Vitali with the exeption of a few fights has always been exciting with his awkward style and output, just that the competition was weak so it was often onesided that it became boring.
But me personally have always liked to watch him more than lennox.
    Its rather subjective of course.

Far from it, he wasn't appreciated mainly because of his cerebral nature outside of the ring ie he didn't talk a lot of **** say in the manner of some of the other Heavies around at the time but he always got the job done inside the ring and when he came up against an overmatched opponent he got them out of there quickly on most occasions, contrast this to Vitali and two of his recent opponents in Briggs and Adamek both who were overmatched yet both men made it to the later stages because Vitali was content on carrying one of them while he simply couldn't KO the other.

Also Lewis had better pure boxing ability which he showcased in his fights including a nice inside game something a lot of fighters (especially HW's) lack.
