Well I assure you that your opinion is not shared by many and every man who ever boxed had pros and cons to their game nobody is perfect

They were wide open, Bowe seemed to love getting hit, he was just a quick-fisted brawler.

perhaps it’s because the competition was so good back then that you couldn’t avoid getting hit

How can you comment that the 90s heavyweights were too easy to hit, when Ali In the 70s was hit so bloody much it sometimes defied logic that he was able to keep winning.

Imagine Ali starting the fight the same way against Lennox. He literally goes out clowning, walking Lyle down with a high guard barely throwing anything.

This version of Ali could cause Lewis a few problems early on, but he either gets knocked out by Lennox or stopped on his feet absorbing ridiculous amounts of punishment or Lennox coasts his way to a points win refusing to risk over exerting himself.

The 90s top dogs would mop the floor with the 70s top dogs.

lol! Usyk is far more skilled than any heavy in the 90`s and far better than 90% of the fighters the top 5 heavies fought during the 90`s, the smaller top 10 heavies would have been toyed with by Usyk in the 90`s, he would have handled Hide far better than Bowe did.

I don`t understand that at all, I didn`t find heavies during the 90`s that impressive at all, Lewis really stood out despite getting knocked out twice.

Ali could have taken Lewis`s power and was a better counter puncher.

I don't think it was that early

I think around the Shavers fight was when Ali first started showing minor symptoms.

Ali was certainly past prime vs Lyle and a bit overweight.
