Lewis - Holyfield 2 who really won that fight

    The ringside judges were horrible.. It was a close fight ..Draw would have been fair but imagine 2 draws in a row ? That would have never have happened ..But then again the 1st fight should have been a clear win for LL ..2nd should of went to Holy ..

    Lewis just barely edged that fight.
    The Holyfield who meet Bowe would have beaten Lewis.

    Holyfield > Lewis > Vitali

    Holyfield ducked Lewis until he had no where to run and then caught a beat down in a crooked fight and finally lost.

    Lewis>Holyfield>Tyson>Vitali>Wlad>Bowe for me.

    LOL, Holyfield didn't duck no Lewis. He was busy fighting Bowe.

    Holy NEVER got KO'ed, and being a blown up Cruiser, most the HW fighters he faced were much bigger than him.

    Prime Holyfield definitely beats Lewis, Vitali, Vlad, Tyson. :yep

    Bowe's wins over Holyfield show how good a fighter Bowe actually was, in spite of being a lazy *******.:good

    Too early to say, but no one's given my rounds in which Holyfield's one except one poster, and as far as I'm concerned he made a very good argument about why Holyfield should have gotten the first round and not much of an argument at all about why he should have gotten the 4th round. That being the case if you go by his scorecards and change the winner of round 4 from Holyfield to Lewis then even his scorecard would read 7-5 Lewis. Truthfully last time I had this debate there were alot more people involved and people actually debated the rounds more.

    So as things stand the outcome of this thread is inconclusive. :good

    Beat down ? Where was the beat down ? First fight should have been a ud for LL and the 2nd fight should have been a SD for Holy but far from a beat down ..And no where to run weren't these fights unification bouts ?

    I gave the round 4 to Holy from the following:

    - first minute nothing big happened, both been rather jabbing with edge to Lewis

    - second minute almost nothing happened with one failed action at 1:25 initiated by Holy ... draw

    - third minute is the best, Holy getting close at 0:50 landing a few body punches
    while Lewis clinching, Holy landing at 0:32, Lewis dominating between 0:28 - 0:23,
    Holy establishing pace between 0:20-0:10 with superior jab, exchanges at 0:10-0:08
    then Holy schools and dominates Lewis between 0:08 - 0:00 with two strongly packed actions.

    So Lewis overall better in jabbing, Holy initiating most actions, landing to body
    and head much more. While round rather close the edge clearly going to Holy.
