Ive honestly watched joe, on and off, through out his career and the reason Ive never been fan or been able to totally take to him is because of his general lack of power, seriously.

"The likes of" Eubank......????? (washed up Eubank at that). He was the only real quality fighter Joe fought in a decade or more.("the likes of" you say. )

Joe couldnt even take out Charles Brewer a foward moving boxer with weak chin.

I'm not a Joe Hater, but seriously he has never been a puncher of any sorts. I think thats partly why he isn't as popular as perhaps he should be.

 True. Just flailing, is exactly right, many times. He throws alot of very weak, bitchslaps that are not really what you'd call punches, by the convetional defiinition. Mere arm movements meant to impress the judges, and have little to no effert behind them. That is not my definition of boxing. I hate fighters who put no more into their punches than that.

When it comes to power, Calzaghe makes Corrie Spinks look like Sonny Liston. How this guy is undefeated is beyond me.

Pavlik would put him on his ass until he stayed there. Hopefully, Roy will drop this arrogant ******* at least once.

:deal:rofl wow, I cant believe it took a fight with B-Hop for people to see how bad of a fighter Calzaghe is. ive been saying this for yrs now. But wateva man, like i said he is lucky he stayed in wales and fought all those washed up fighters and padded his record until now. B/c if he wouldve fought any livewire from the US in his prime he would have a couple L's on his record by now.
He won not b/c I think so but at the end of the day he is still undefeated so it is wat it is. But how can you guys think just throwing punches and not landing merits something? If this was amateur boxing B-Hop would win by a land slide. b/c the object is to land punches solid, not just throw a whole bunch of bs and not land. But whatever, Roy Jones will put Calzaghe 2 bed like J Holiday song.

    :nut

pavlik is slow as ****, fights in straight lines and is more open to angles than jenna jameson is to dick on her latest film set.

    calzaghe would lacy him, badly.

I think so. I mean he is good against fighters that have no chance against him. But look at his career the higher he steps up in comp the worst he starts to look. its simple as that. i never thought too much of him from a skill standpoint.

eubank wasn't prime but he had a cast iron chin and a complete non puncher couldn't drop him prime or not.

Didnt Eubank get back up and give Joe "the hardest fight of his life?." It couldn't have really hurt him could it, Eubank was straight back on his feet?
