They both fought these respective opponents in their 19th bout with Joshua facing the much bigger test in facing Wlad.

Lewis had a much better amateur pedigree and started boxing at an earlier age, he's known for being a huge HW but the surprising fact is that Joshua weighed in 20lb more, that's a massive weight advantage.

Lewis at this point was nowhere near the finished article and it's safe to say Joshua isn't, I personally think Joshua would wipe out Lewis at this point in their career.

    AJ wins this.

But I'm not writing off Lennox. He had that game-changing power. If he lands clean and hard shot first, it can be a goodnight for AJ

But with Lennox's defensive flaws at that time, I think AJ lands 1st...

Yep me too, Joshua is a faster puncher and at that point in their career had a better right hand down the pipe.

The scary thing is just imagine how good Joshua would become under the tutelage of Emmanuel Steward.

Good match up. Would have been a short but exciting fight imo. Both men rocked and hurt. At this point I see AJ getting the ko over Lewis in around the fifth but Lewis could just as easily turned the trick.

It's crazy to think that Lewis would be outweighed by 20lb in this bout.

Really? I didn't know that. Heavy s are definitely getting heavier. Can u imagine nowadays a guy like like Michael spinks beating one of the belt holders?!

I'm not saying Joshua is that much bigger but he was at that point in their careers. Joshua is basically maxed out at his size potential, Lewis did end up weighing more than 250lb for the Vitali fight.
