next, a shot to **** calzaghe went to america and 'lacy'ied' roy jones despite corrupt officiating allowing jones to knock calzaghe to the floor with an illegal foream in the 1st round. many calzaghe fans were worried at that point because calzaghe was shot but he got up off the canvas and then produced one of the biggest one sided beatdowns ever witnessed in an american ring, the gulf between the 2 fighters was absoloutely huge

the funniest thing is that 2 years on, there are nuthuggers on these board trying to make out that future glass jaw american hypejobs like andre ward and dirrell would beat calzaghe :nut

the truth is that ward and dirrell are not in the same league as calzaghe who had previously dismantled fellow american hypejobs like lacy, brewer, manfredo, hopkins, and jones. 2 years from now. ward and dirrell will be classed in the same brackett as fellow american hypejobs like jeff lacy, jermain taylor, and kelly pavlik :rofl

Saying Calzaghe's win over 40-year old Jones means he was greater fighter, makes me think you'd be one of those stupid judges that would give a round to a guy that had been dominated because he tried to flurry in the last 15 seconds.

And Zaggy was gift-wrapped his decision against Hopkins, and a lot of his so-called TKO wins. And he was a dopehead cheater.

Haye is better than Pacquaio, he dominated the greatest heavyweight over 7 ft and over 300 lbs of all time.

Pac moved up from 135 to 147, that is only 12 pounds. Haye fought a giant in his second fight at heavyweight who weighed 100 pounds more than him, that is more impressive. AND beat him with a broken hand.

I fully concur with this post, and furthermore, I would fancy Joe C of today to utter devastate hype job PED taking Ward.

Ward looks good against statues and ring rusty ruined opponents, but against someone who walks through his punches, has better footwork, faster hands, and more stamina, Joe would ruin him like he did Lacy.:happy:happy

Lewis, well, he used to toy with Tyson in sparring, he was paid 4 mill by Tyson not to fight! he got Tyson and utterly devasted him, he smashed up Rudduck, Mercer, Grant, Tua, Gollota, Botha, Briggs, Holyfield twice, his only real test came when he fought Marovic who really worked him.

I think Floyd should be over Joe...but Joe is a great boxer too. I just think comparing the two with regards to their resumes Floyd edges Joe. Still very close but I think LL, PAC and Floyd should be considered the best.

i don't play sidekick to anyone jorodz, i judge each poster on their merits. i've disagreed with posters like yourself and mind reader in the past but i've still got respect for you both as posters because you are knowledgable and open minded in debate unlike horriffic nuthuggers like popkins and rudyard.
