At the end of the day, he did officially, get over it. I am not even a Lewis fan, but come on, ALL fighters get a gift or two. The popular ones get them more so.

 

And I forgot. Vitali was trailing, officially, in the Hide fight. Yes, it was only one round, but IT COUNTS!!!

 

I watched the fight the other day and LL was pushing Vitali back 4 feet with every jab he landed. Vitali got owned.

Wrong, Lewis took the fight on just 10 days notice, he was fighting a bum and hadn't prepared himself for a real fight.
Vitalis camp payed off Lewis's opponent to back out of the fight in order to get an out of shape Lewis into the ring.
Vitali knew he was gonna fight Lewis months and months before the fight.
