Yes, I saw that fight. Also watch Lewis/Tua, boring as Hell. Mavrovich beat the crap out of Lewis, so did Mercer. Rahman knocked Lewis out cold. McCall tko's Lewis in the second round. Etc.

Yes, Lennox did indeed use his size and strength to his advantage when smaller opponents lunged in , but he would never have done what Wlad did on Saturday. While he became a safety-first fighter under Steward's tutelage, he would always go for the knockout when the opportunity presented itself.

Lewis-Tua was still a thriller compared to the wrestling Wlad did to Povetkin.

Mavrovic fought a good fight, but it´s lie to say he beat the crap out of Lewis. Lewis clearly won.

Mercer-Lewis was close, a draw would´ve been fair probably, but it was too close to call it a robbery.

The 2 losses Lewis avanged both.

Wlad did never rematch Sanders and Puritty and for good reason.
He rematched an almost blind and shot Brewster though years later.
    What a *****.

Very good point. After Wlad got his point dedudcted in the 10th or 11th, he became a big more careful with the hugging. If Eddie Cotton had not taken the point from Lewis in round 2 then Lewis would just have continued the hugging and leaning.

I think if the ref had the balls to warn and deduct points form Wlad in round 1-2 then we would have seen a much better fight. Same result most likely, but better and fairer fight.

My God I can't listen to these double standards.

And Lewis was OK to rematch a drug-addicted McCall who just came out of drug rehab? McCall didn't throw a single punch, he was mentally ill. So that rematch was OK for Lewis to take, but for Wlad to rematch Brewster was not OK? Please :deal

I would´nt have said anything about it, if he had rematched Puritty and Sanders. Instead he let older brother do, what a coward.

Lewis was always being dogged for his style. How people forget.

I used to hate when he would call himself a pugilist specialist and than proceed to jab jab jab far shorter fighters, and clinch whenever they came in.

I was actually glad when the Klitchko's showed up, guys who were Lennox size.

Unfortunately they too were not the best to watch (Well Vitali) was a lot more exciting but these shw's are just not as talented overall as true heavyweights and all pretty much use there size advantage as there primary weapon.

Lewis did not avenge McCall, what a shear fantasy Lewtards have on that score. The man had a crack cold turkey.

And the Tua fight was a joke, Wlad put down Povetkin at least twice and had him just about out of there in the 7th. Lewis hardly put a dent in Tua.

Sanders got a much bigger offer to fight VItali for the vacant WBC title, fool. That's why.

There is just no comparison. Its a ******ed OP. Wlad clinches much much much more than Lennox did! He can barely go 10 seconds without clinching! That's how bad it is

Yes, nobody would complain if Wlad used this tactic occasionally, he uses it all the time though, in a round he will clinch 10-20 times, that is not acceptable.
