Lennox probably learned to fight after hearing one too many "your momma so ugly" jokes.

Lewis knew he was fortunate to cut Vitali and would have lost the fight otherwise. Thats why he retired, he knew he could not beat Vitali unless he badly cut him which would have been a long shot.

Lewis did the right thing by retiring though, I can't blame him for that.

Ya he was scared enough to have won the last round on all the scorecards and to have landed the punch of the night with the uppercut in the 6th.

 

He did not win that third round only on the judges scorecards. It was close but I actually score that round for Vitali. He was still out fighting Lewis in the final round, with one eye!!
