For me, Lewis loses to both. I don't think he has the single punch power to dent Mike's chin sufficiently early to determine him, and i don't think he has the resilience to stand up to Mike's attack IF its the mythical, unicorn peak Tyson. BUT. If Lewis does have the resilience it could get interesting around the 8th through 12th...Lewis could time a tiring Mike onto those big uppercuts and hooks he threw....BUT...when did laid back Lennie ever come on strong late...Mikey by KO within 6. Evander brawls and mauls him over twelve in a close fight but one he clearly wins. Lewis discipline loses him the fight here. Bowe could brawl, could be drawn into a fight he didn't want to have but still had the tools to win. He could match the dog in Evander. Lewis could brawl, of course he could...but with Evanders head on his chest, for twelve rounds, no, not for me. Lewis doesn't like the trenches as much as Bowe and his discipline sees him beaten up. Close fight till about halfway then Evander runs away with it, maybe stops a gassed, game Lewis late ....
Tyson stops him in six. Even if Lewis survives, he still loses a competitive decision. Lewis did not have the foot speed or fluid combination punching of Douglas. Sure Lewis could throw some solid combinations. But not with that kind of speed and fluidity. And especially not vs that dangerous an opponent. Lewis's size works against him vs Tyson. He is going to get hit way too much. Tyson TKO 6. I am 50-50 on Holyfield-Lewis. I might lean Holyfield but Evander, even in his prime, was inconsistent at times.
