Ali UD. Muhammad's jab is the difference

Louis vs Lewis- KO 12. Tough one to pick though, Joe had the better stamina and that makes the difference

Lewis vs Marciano- Lewis late stoppage or UD. Marciano will take it if Lewis gets sloppy.

Lewis vs Holmes-Holmes UD, Lewis has a chance if he lands the right but chances are he couldn't finish off Holmes

Lewis vs Tyson-Tyson KO 6. Lewis wouldn't be able to keep him off imo.

Lewis vs Foreman-Lewis KO 6. Lewis is a bad matchup for George, a big strong fighter who throws hard shots straight down the pipe.

Lewis vs Frazier-Lewis by stoppage. Frazier's a little too small and Lewis had a nice uppercut on the inside which would disrupt Frazier.

Lewis vs Dempsey- Lewis UD but Dempsey has a good shot early.

Lewis vs Johnson- Lewis UD, but it could get interesting.

Lewis vs Liston-Liston UD. Liston had the better jab and Lewis would be facing a man with skills as good or better than his own.

Lewis vs Holyfield-Pretty even fight, but I'm gonna give it to Lewis by close UD.

    Lewis vs Tunney- Lewis UD.

Lewis vs W. Klitschko.-Lewis KO 2. Wlad doesn't have the

Lewis vs V. Klitschko- Lewis KO 6. he probably would of eventually finished him in their actual encounter, a prime Lewis would win easier.

Lewis vs Bowe-Lewis KO 8. There's a reason Bowe avoided Lennox like the plague.

Lewis best wins came against a washed up Tyson and a washed up Holyfield. Lewis had a shitty chin and struggle against most true 200 plus pound heavyweights. Of course that means Rocky Marciano and Dempsey would be destroyed. If Rahman could knock out Lewis then Foreman would do so easier, A fighter like Ron Lyle would even knock him out. Ali would out box him. So would Holmes. Frazier is no smaller than Tua. Frazier is far more busy. Frazier would wear him down and knock him out.

Twelve Rounds. Each fighter as they were in their prime.

    Lewis vs Ali
    I'd favor Ali about 5-3.

    Lewis vs Louis
Toss-up. I'd favor Louis 3-2 in a 'come along at the same time'-scenario.

    Lewis vs Marciano
I'd favor Lewis, but much less if he were coming along in Marciano's day.

    Lewis vs Holmes
I'd favor Holmes, but not by much.

    Lewis vs Tyson
    Toss up.

    Lewis vs Foreman
    Toss up.

    Lewis vs Frazier
I'd favor Lewis 2-1, but more like 4-3 if Lewis came along in Frazier's day.

    Lewis vs Dempsey
I'd favor Lewis, but would lightly favor Dempsey if Lewis came along in Dempsey's day.

    Lewis vs Johnson
I'd favor Lewis, but only lightly if he came along in Johnson's day.

    Lewis vs Liston
Toss-up; would lightly favor Liston if Lewis came along in Liston's day.

    Lewis vs Holyfield
Lewis wins the first fight; rematches are a toss-up (if Holyfield's still fairly prime).

    Lewis vs Tunney
Lewis; Tunney 5-3 underdog if Lewis comes along in Tunney's day.

    Lewis vs W. Klitschko
    Lewis, Wlad has puncher's chance.

    Lewis vs V. Klitschko
Lewis, but Vitali has a chance.

    Lewis vs Bowe
    Lewis, but close odds.

    Lewis vs Sullivan
Lewis, but Sullivan would probably win if they came along at the same time.

    Lewis vs Jeffries
Lewis 5-3; closer odds if Lewis time-machines back into Jeffries day for a long distance fight; toss-up if Jeffries comes along in Lewis's day; Jeffries 5-3 favorite if Lewis comes along in Jeffries day.

I guess I'm in the minority in favoring a prime Foreman against Lewis. I'm talking a prime Foreman that wasn't so in awe of his power that he set up his punches with his jabs and got done to work. Ali arguably ruined his psyche and he completely changed his gameplan afterwards for the next 3 years prior to retiring. I think Foreman finds a way to catch Lewis.

I don't think it's fair for calling the fights in a 12 round match. Basically all the ATG heavyweights were 15 round fighters that had reasons to be lighter and quicker and smaller. Maybe that's not fair for Lewis seeing as he could be a little smaller, although although Lewis is 6'5 and 245 pounds he still has this skinny "strong" small build... if that even makes sense. He doesn't have that huge big build.

One fight where I think Lewis is getting the short-end of the stick is the Louis fight.

What makes Lewis so hard to compare in a fantasy fight is he fluky losses. He just lost focus and get KTFO. This could happen to previous ATG heavyweights, but 9/10 times it probably wouldn't happen. Lewis is an interestingly difficult case to examine.

As for an Ali - Lewis fight, I feel that people are underestimating the difficulties this fight would bring for Ali. Holyfield is probably also not getting enough dues seeing how close the 1st fight was and how much older he was.

The Liston/Holmes v Lewis matchup are probably the most intriguing to me in my opinion.

Locke, the four fighters you listed (Holyfield, Mercer, Tua and Mavrovic) had four all time exceptional chins. The first three are without debate but even Mavrovic was unreal. The bombs Lewis hit him with were terrific and he took them) Who do you think knocks out any of these guys in their primes except maybe Joe Louis?

It can be argued based on size, skill and power that a prime, focused Lewis is a top all time champiom in my book ..
