I think pretty much a replay of the first fight. Vitali ahead on points but Lewis stops him on cuts. Vitali had thin skin, but he was great at fighting at long range, so cuts weren't a problem, except against a ATG like Lewis. I remember his win over light punching Kevin Johnson, Vitali dominated the fight, won every round, but at the end of the fight, facially he looked like the loser, he had a badly bruised and swollen eye, while Johnson was unmarked.

I don't think we can have a good idea.
Lewis if he took the fight would be fitter & better, & he was coming on in the first one but gassing. He would prepare more seriously knowing who & what was coming.
Vitali was also close to gassed, I just do not know that he had as much room to improve his fitness.

I do not think we can count on Vitali being stopped on cuts.
What happened in the first one was freakish, if it never happened in another fight like that being stopped on cuts is unlikely.

Vitali was becoming a bit more prime, Lewis would likely weigh more like the mid 240's, not 256 lbs.
Can we really say with confidence who would win?
