Lewis was one of boxing's best commentators, HBO should not have fired him

    Lennox was one of the best commentators of the sport

    Very knowledgeable about the game, very educational whenever he would commentate, and his "It's Ova" comment was hilarious.

    I agree that his insight was terrific, can't deny he bored me though.

    Its always good to have a professional boxer add his insight and oppinion.
    I miss Tarver on showtime but Paulie is awesome.

    He was probably one of, if not the worst colour commentators ever.

    T cannot help but wonder how he got let go. HBO brass no doubt called him in and remarked the followingl

    Lewis was amazing, he should be brought back for the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight imo.

    Lennox biggest problem believe it or not is he is a very shy guy. People have accused him of being aloof & big headed, nothing could be farther from the truth. Lennox knows boxing reads a fight great knows what he wants to say
    but as they say in England he does not have the gift of the gab. Guys like Paulie talk non stop in that Mickey Mouse voice of his but says very little.
    I liked Lennox commentating but there again I'm biased lol
