I've posted the post Brock fight press conference where Briggs is heckling Wladimir as he answers questions about his win. Briggs tries to steal the limelight by saying Wlad was ducking him & Wlad says we sent you an offer & your people never signed it. Shannon promply shuts up. :yep

Brock was undefeated and had a highlight KO of the year vs. Zuri Lawrence which was every bit as nice as Peter's KO over Jeremy Williams. Brock had sound fundamentals & obvious power & technique. Calvin was ranked higher than Briggs too if I'm not mistaken.

In fact when the proposed Wladimir vs. Shannon fight was first announced many here said Briggs wasn't worthy of a shot & they complained that Wlad didn't want a real challenge. Apparently there is no pleasing some haters right Sugar?

Emptyskull, what you posted was incomplete footage...a reporter who was there gave a complete account, referencing that an inaccurate account of the situation was going around...this conversation is the same circle it always was...

...about Brock, nobody ever believed in him. We were calling this guy "Not a Shot" Brock way before he got in the ring...Lyakhovich KO'd him with headgear on...I had, and still have a lot more faith in Peter than Brock, even after the McCline fight.

Did you see Brock vs. Chambers...???

No, I'm telling the truth and you're spinning like a top as usual. The fact is that the man that is WALDOS best win was not considered suitable competition to Lennox Lewis. Lewis knew that he'd blast Byrd out inside of a couple of rounds without Byrd so much as laying a glove on him and that's why the fight wasn't made, because it would make Lewis 'look bad' but not in the way you suggested. You'd have to be an absolute ****** to think any version of Chris Byrd gives any version of Lennox Lewis trouble.

Lawrence has been knocked out by everyone, Rahman, Iggy, Guinn, and a few nobodies put him to sleep, the guys chin is worse than Wlads. Brock doesnt have good power, did you see all the arm punches he threw at Chambers? There was no snap on those punches, he's a average hitting Heavyweight at best.

OK lets talk about heart then, Lennox was only 37 in his last outing. Then he ran for the hills instead of facing a career defining rematch with the up and coming nobody Klischko. Heart? What bloody heart?? Let eveybody down AT THE CRUNCH!

Yeah Roy really avoided Tarver alright, he agreed to fight the winner of an elimination bout between Tarver and Harding, Tarver lost so Roy KO'd Harding instead. Of course in your world he should have fought Tarver right, and you wouldn't have criticised him for it in the least :nut

On top of that he came back down from heavyweight at an advanced age to fight the guy, beat him in a close but clear decision....he wasn't happy with his performance regardless so he rematched him, lost and then went for a rubber match. Yeah, Jones avoided Tarver like the plague alright :nut

P.S. Roy may have lost twice to Tarver, but anyone that knows anything knows prime Roy would have eaten the bum alive.

Yes lets talk about heart. Show me a WALD fight where he showed as much heart as Lewis did against VITLAY, then we'll talk about heart, OK?

The so called "Crunch" was the actual fight that took place between Vitali and Lewis. If anyone let anyone down at the "Crunch" it was Vitali, for not disposing of an over the hill, out of shape Lewis, when he had the chance to.

Yes, there's a reasonably good chance Lewis would have lost the rematch, but at his age and considering he just beat Vitali, he certainly wasn't obligated to give him a rematch dispite what the Klitschko nut huggers believe.

Fact is, it would be a moot point if Vitali had won..and the lucky punch theory is totally useless. Vitali had 3-4 rounds to take the title away after the cut and failed to do so and when the fight was stopped, Vitali had numerous cuts, not just one, and was swallowing a considerable amount of blood. So he had his chance and failed to capitalize on it and because of that, Klitschko nut huggers blame Lewis, when, if any blame need to be assigned, rightly belongs to Vitali for not getting the job done in the first place.

So with Lewis retiring at the relatively young age of 37, is a heart issue...???

Well, Vitklit would have been 33 if he got in the ring with Rahman the first time...but unlike the cowardly Lewis, Vitali didn't run for the hills... he cancelled four times, then ran for city council...

...just like his fight with LL, he came in second. :smoke

    ...and Lewis would harm WLAD...
