Lennox does just fine. And he's improving.Jones was good too, as was George, but all for different reasons. All of the announcers are fine except for that wide eyed, spastic , babbling freak Kellerman.

Hopkins? Are you serious? I hear Hopkins now, "well he needs to tie him up" or "he needs to clinch more".

Hopkins has the insight. I remember before the Tito/Mayorga fight Hops said Tito should win after getting knocked down first. Lewis is getting better though but he needs to shut Merchant up sometimes. Lampley is also picking on him, bringing up the times Lewis got knocked out during the Estrada/Berto fight. What was the reason for that?

I think Lewis is horrible.Lampley asked him what was good about Taylor obviously regarding his boxing skills and Lewis replied akwardly that Taylor has some money now and that he bought his mum a house and he is a good champion.WTF?
Great analysis of Taylors boxing skills.

People who say Jones cant speak better than Judah need to get out more. Ive heard people say Jones uses too much slang but he always gets his point across to me. When he talks in third person and brings up GOD he startsto lose me though. Hopkins and Jones will notice things before anybody else will.

Lennox did a good job during the actual fight, but he gets nervous in front of the camera. I agree that Tyson would make a better commentator, I would watch just to see what he says : P.

no ****ing way better than roy. Roy was the best commentator they ever had. And yes I said that. He predicts **** like no other. Real specific **** too. And he bashes Larry, hes the man. I wish him and HBO never had a fall out, I wish he would have stayed on as a commentator.

Yea when he said "Vlad Klitschko did not get up off the floor because they lacked toughness and heart and then was KO'd by Tarver and Johnson himself, not being able to rise, at least Vlad got up, Roy layed there...I think that was 1 of his dummest, BIASED, statements amoung many

Lennox sounds very amateurish... actually, extremely. He sounds OK when the fights are in progress and he makes observations about the fight and the fighters. However, when they talk prior or post the fights, he sounds bad. He seems to get caught up on his words and loops around the same subject and is very redundant. "He wants to prove he is a great champion, because thats what great champions do.. they get off the canvas because they are great champions" err?
I mean, I like the guy in terms of his personality, but it seems he gets nervous when Lampley asks him "so what do you think" "is that what it should be lennox?". Its almost as if he feels the flash light is beamed over his head and he's on the spot...he gets too nervous. Roy Jones IMO spoke the most sense in relation to facts and boxing. George was sometimes crazy but very entertaining.
I would rate them in this order:

    1. Roy Jones JR
    2. George Foreman
    3. Emanuel Steward
    4. Lennox Lewis

Emanuel is tiring with his "it came out exactly as I expected". He even stated that in his post press conference with Jermaine Taylor.
