The fights are there to be made. Guys simply need to man up and fight others ranked inside the WBA top 15 to get in there with him. And like I said, his resume is low hanging fruit, but compare it to Stevensons and it's golden.:good
It really isn't. Stevenson a least has some solid top 10 world class contenders under his belt, in addition to Dawson. The Dawson demolition alone outdistances anything Braehmer has done. Point is, if a guy sits back waiting for whomever comes to him, this is the kind of resume they end up with. Granted there is more than 1 way to slice an apple, and don't begrudge guys the road they take to success, but I can't rank guys like that above guys who have taken more chances and fought better fighters.
I'd roll with this at the moment, although not set in stone...... Kovalev Stevenson Ward Beterbiev Hopkins Pascal Fonfara Braehmer Alvarez Chilemba I didn't want to include Ward, but when in Rome.............
Possibly. It's hard to drop guys after a win, in the absence of a high impact win, of which I see none on the horizon. I do expect Hopkins to drop based on inactivity/retirement/moving to another division, and Beterbiev to rise based on Ward's next move, or taking him out altogether as he should be.
