LHW title claimants in the period between 1905-1912?

    After O Brien vacates the belt at the end of 1905 there are no claimants for the 175 pound belt until 1912. That is over 6 full years. The earliest claimant I've come across was from when Jack Dillon beat Hugo Kelly in 1912. Surely someone in this period claimed the title?
