Seems Wlad took away his desire to fight all comers. Some people recover from devastating KOs, some do not.

 

No they are proper Cclass journeymen. Like McCline was when he was 39 and lost 8 fights in 4 years prior to the Arreola fight. Heck, even Zuri Lawrence beat him.:-(

And without question, 39 yo McCline who had 8 of his 10 losses in that 4 yr period is Arreola BEST WIN.:--(

 

For what it's worth, Eddie contemplated CW for some time after the Wlad fight, and then stepped up to enter the 4 man IBF elimination tournament to rematch Wlad.

This is a tough injury, but not one that will sideline him long. It's easy to see Sergei's frustration, but Eddie had it in his mind to try to heal up in the 2 wks prior and still make the fight. Surely wish he wouldve fessed up sooner though so a replacement couldv'e at least been shopped around for.

Hell, I think Peter or Welliver or Wach may have been able to make the date with 2 wks notice.:deal
