    Segei has had more than one brutal fight. I really like the guy but there is a reason he is being picked for this fight. He has fought some good names, he is getting older, and has been largely inactive. Not the best combination going into a fight with an up and coming prospect.

    He's had under 30 fights. Like I said, I don't think he has that much mileage on him.

    Long breaks aren't death knells to heavyweights regardless, and some fighters have the performance of a lifetime after long breaks. See Agebko/Perez II.

    Also remember Helenius badly injured his hand a few months ago, this fight had to be postponed. Bad hands on a puncher = not good.

    This fight won't be close Helenius will be way to much for For the older Inactive Segei I would not be suprise to see a ko around the 7th round if not its going to be a long night for Segei as he gets beat up.

    Repeat of the Valuev/Liakhovich fight except with a stoppage coming in the late rounds.

    Should be fun though, Sergei is always tough.

    Liakovich just runs too hot and cold for he to bet any of his fights..........

    At 9 to 1 odds it might be worth it regardless. You rarely see odds that good on a fight unless a absolute no one is against a world class guy.

    Hard to pick Sergei after all the inactivity. I suspect he won't bring much to the table, and the momentum of Helenius will overwhelm him.

    Sergei might surprise us here. He has been training hard for at least 6 months and he believes he can win this. Helenius even against Peter has looked like he can be beat on points easily enough. This will be a great fight.

    LMAO:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

    He's had 15 fights, and this is his 3rd vs former world champions.
    He's also fought 3 continental titlists.

    Fighting 6 champions before your 17th fight is as good a step up as you can get.

    I mean unless he's fighting a Klitschko, his choices of opposition have been great.

    I gotta believe he'll fight Dimitrenko, Boystov, Fury or Pot/Chag after Sergei. This kid don't fight down, and if he's wise, he'll wait for K2 to retire and then UNIFY undefeated.

    Yeah. His weights have been lower and lower lately.

    People think he's being inactive for the hell of it. He took time off to heal a bad shoulder injury, he opted not to have surgery and to let it heal naturally.
