Frampton prepping Liam Davies for Inoue. Must have stiffed him on a loan or something.

Inoue v Davies at the Home of Queensbury Boxing in Telford next year full of topless out of shape men dancing to rave music.

The Japs won't know what hit them until the main event starts

Do we want our own rbr for the big fight tonight? Or will we mostly be asleep for most of it?

Me too mate but I only got 9/5! Gutted there, I even checked oddschecker. Put it on quite late though. Southpaws are tailor made for taller, orthadox lads who actually use the long levers they’re born with.

I would imagine that any plans that Frank may have had to put Dennis McCann in with Davies has gone in the office shredder this morning.

Liam Davies with his backstory of working the bins etc, could really become a working class hero if they can continue to build him. That was a very exciting performance, I would get him out quickly on a bigger card for an overall profile boost and then keep him in Telford for another few fights.

Really impressive from Davies. Building a decent fanbase and has a good back story. Hope he does well.

On a side note, why was Stefy Bull acting as Cunningham’s head trainer? Ray Doyle has always been his trainer with Bull as his manager. Doyle was sat in the stands. Bull did something similar with Terri Harper. Loves the limelight.

I think there's been a bit of let's call it moving around with Steffy and Ray.
From what I've heard Ray's not doing the lads down at Steffys anymore.

That’s a shame. You’d have thought Cunningham’s agreement would have been with Doyle, not the gym.

From what I've heard Ray feels he's putting in a lot of time for not much financial rewards.
Now that's not a fact just the rumour mill.

This is a good article. Davies has definitely had it tough with unemployment and living in a refuge as a child... love to see a boxing success story.
