Eubank has almost 0 chance fighting like a Z list Roy Jones, his best days were foot front letting both hands go in bursts and try and control the pace of a fight. He doesn't have a great jab, his right hand is for supposed top level fight almost none existent and he can't just throw 8 uppercuts in a row and hope to get away with it. Smith is grinder. Knows his style, knows his engine and kept careful calculated pressure on in the first fight Eubank was moving far too much and the first time he got against the ropes he got stopped. I really thought Eubank would be the stronger man but he wasn't and see I little change for fight 2. Its another rematch we don't really need.
What I've seen Eubank Jr do in his last few fights is fight like some boxercise coach thinking thats all he has to do to get an opportunity to fight for a world title and tempt Canelo or GGG to fight him. He was getting schooled in a round and a bit by Korobov and his response has been to employ a hands down style to show he has slick defensive skills. I don't think he has the discipline and he has always been lacking in ring IQ. I thought for a long time that his pre-Jones coaching him style would have eventually led to a FOTY type of scrap but it's never happened and is unlikely to now. Liam Smith will walk him down and stop him even quicker than first time.
Smith KO, Eubank will come out all guns blazing and whilst he may have some success will ultimately be his downfall. He will get caught again and he will go down again.
The first KO loss was/is just the start of a difinitive slippery slope for delusional Jnr. He's never taken his career as Seriously as he should have. It's too late for him now.
Smith won 3 of the 4 rounds, so even if he doesn't KO him this time, which he will. His relentless pressure, which Eubank isn't slippery enough to evade, will still see Beefy winning wide on the cards.
