Remember he upset Eggington. Seems to pack a punch and be aggressive. Don’t give him much chance against Smith though from the limited I’ve seen of him.

 

That’s not an excuse though. If you sell its own choice should get a good deal and recruit well. If you have to sell it’s own fault.

 

Best wins are eggington and julius indongo so I’d say not a hope in ell..

 

Haha, just rewatched it before actually. I remembered Eggington being too macho and refusing to put guard up or take a knee. The fella was allowed to tee off on an open target after he was hurt. I was slightly worried for Smith, just as much as you ever would be with someone against a banger but it calmed my nerves a bit because it was more Eggington being very easy to hit. The lad looked crude but heavy handed, Smith said he’s tidied things up since then but it looks like Smith will be far too clever to get caught like that by him.

 

That’s what I’m saying. We’ll see if they can recruit well and have a good succession plan. Even under their current manager they’ve spent their fair share on duds like the Argentine left back they just spent £3m on and has been pish every time he played. And also arrested on a drink driving charge.

All teams go through cycles and when their manager leaves eventually, chances are they will face hardships. We just need to make sure we are ready.

 

Smith has good powers of recovery as well. Remember Fowler hurt him early on in their fight but Smith weathered the storm and eased back into the fight. I’d be surprised if this African fella has the power to knock out Beefy.

 

And on the frigging telly again - if she wants to be on the boxing then why not get a licence?

 

Joe Gallagher really needs to be more smarter when combing his hair. His current style is doing him no favours.
