It’s official, if Smith has anything left, I think he takes this one, he’s bigger and more skilled than Avanesyan, but that’s only if he has a decent amount left.
I think Kelly has improved a lot since then, especially in regards to his gas tank; I was convinced Williamson was going to knock him out, but Kelly boxed around him quite nicely. I agree Smith is the favourite but I wouldn't count out Kelly.
Liam Smith looks in terrible shape and looked like he didn't train at all for the last Eubank Jr fight. If he knuckles down he should win but if he doesn't Kelly can win this.
Liam Smith looked shot last time out and his leg looked messed up to me. Seems it's taking place at 160 interestingly. PBK must not have liked the thought of fighting Bud or Fundora apparently. Even for as barren as 160 is atm, I still think everybody in the top 5 beats him inside the distance. Kelly vs Hamzah or Eubank Jr would be welcomed though.
Yeah I too worry about the shape Smith will come in. I was shocked to see how badly he made weight at 160 in the rematch. If he doesn't come at 100%, I see PBK bobbing and weaving his way to a points win.....if he comes at 100% and can use his pressure to pin PBK on the ropes, I'm not sure his chin holds up.
I watched a film he starred in recently called Beefy Leg 41: Beefier N Gnarlier. It was a riot. He dressed up as multiple portly members of the same family. Hilarious.
