Liam Walsh v Harrison

Lol will be good, I would have rather been celebrating a harrison victory than anything, have never felt like that during a fight in my life - shaking, u wqould have fought I was fighting. I think the way Scott fought and handled the result brought him respect of those who don't like or respect him - as a big fan I was proud of him. He even tweeted an apology to his fans (he has nothing to apologise for), as he gave it his all and never hide in the fight unlike one or two other boxers, I can think of one with the same surname as him !

 

I was at the ****** card last night, from watching it live I did think Walsh edged it.

To be fair to Harrison though, those of you who have previously said he's got nothing left to offer couldn't be more wrong. He's coming off a long lay off, gone up two divisions and from what I seen last night he can still go places - world titles are off the horizon though.

Scott v Curtis woodhouse would be a good fight, I have a lot of respect for cutis who gave up his cushy number as a footballer, to do the sport he loves without earning the same money (I would imaging) - that's someone in the sport for the right reasons. Though in no way disrepecting Curtis does Scott want to fights of that stature - it is a long way from what he is used to as a 2 x world champ. It would be like playing in CL for Real Madrid, and moving to play in SPL - but Scott needs to stay active - maybe if he has a couple of fights of good level british fighters like Curtis within a few months, there could be 1 big victory or two left in him. Fighting a fight like that in between his two comeback fights and Walsh fight would have been idea ! As that would have bridged gap from guys he fought(quality wise) to Walsh. Hindsight is a cracking thing though !

Scott is a true fighting man and will never ever give in, its just age and time give in to no man as well.
Scott was a brillant fighter when he was younger and thats were i will always remember him best.:good

i only got the last round (was having a party here for my lads 18th) and was raging i missed it, as i was looking forward to it.

LOl. From training Scott and Ricky to the Moog, well Billy has really made it now ! Lol. Will even wear my shirt with Moog on it - if Billy allows footballl colours of his favourite team in the gym ! Yes wll turn up, and yes billy can put photos up. If Ricky is in gym when I am he will wan't to chin me no doubt for some of my posts !
